Biography

As a master of ceremonies, facilitator, compere and presenter, Andrew O'Keefe has earned a reputation for his sharp wit and unique presentation style.

Currently the host of Channel 7's Deal or No Deal, Andrew O'Keefe is co-host of Channel 7's popular Sunrise programme in lieu of regular presenter David Koch, and also presents live prime time specials such as 7's Ultimate Transformations.

An accomplished compere, Andrew O'Keefe has hosted charity events on behalf of numerous organisations including: Cure Cancer Australia, the Sydney Children's' Hospital, the Garvan Institute, the Ian Tucker Sports Injuries Foundation, Father Riley's Youth Off The Street, and marie claire magazine's Business Chicks for Kids' Help Line.

Andrew O'Keefe has hosted, entertained and participated in comedy debates at corporate events for companies including Eurest Australia, Macquarie Bank, Toshiba, Thredbo Alpine Village and The Bell Shakespeare Company.

An entertaining speaker, Andrew O'Keefe was a member of the Australian Schools Debating Team where he was named Best Speaker at the World Schools Debating Championships in Canada in 1990. He has a Diploma in classical singing and practiced as a solicitor with Allens Arthur Robinson for three years until 2002.

As a popular media personality, Andrew O'Keefe has received significant media coverage including feature articles in many of Australia's leading newspapers and magazines. He is a regular guest on radio MMM's afternoon slot The Shebang and regularly appears as a guest on Channel 7's panel shows including 110% Tony Squires.
