Biography

Anne Fulwood made her mark as one of Australian television's best-known and most respected journalists. Now she operates her own media consultancy company.

The presenter of Channel 7's Late News until late 2003, Anne is an engaging and entertaining speaker whose topics range foreign and current affairs, business, politics, conservation and environment, sport, the wine industry and the media. She is also an accomplished Master of Ceremonies.

Born and educated in South Australia, Anne ed Channel 7 in the mid-80s as a sports reporter and presenter. Eighteen months later, she moved into the prime time news reading spot.

In 1987, she ed Channel Ten in Sydney, working in News and Sport and in 1994, hosted Ten's award winning Commonwealth Games coverage which won the coveted Logie Award as well as a People's Choice Award.

Returning to Channel 7, Anne hosted the daytime current affairs program 11 AM before moving to the Late News. While at Channel 7, Anne also covered the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, which proved a highlight of her career.
