Hilary Kahn, Managing Director of Frontline Strategies, brings with her a long and illustrious pedigree in helping who's who retailers (like Liquorland, Myer, Mitre 10, JB High Fi, Australia Post) and manufacturers (like Castrol, Kodak, Lion Nathan, Stihl, Dulux), in Australia and around the world, find new and unusual ways to improve performance on the shop floor where it matters.

Her presentations are always tightly focused to the industry she is covering reflecting the amount of homework she always does. She uses a blend of rich, interesting and true anecdotes to bring life to several basic principles to take them to new and exciting performance levels.

She is the only invited Australian member of an International Group which brings together the most sought after retail consultants around the world - The Ebeltoft Group. Twice a year they meet to discuss everything selling more fish in supermarkets, new and different research techniques to searching for new ways to bring the customer experience to life.

If there is a secret to performance, Hilary believes that it stems a deep understanding of the customer, in fact, 'becoming the customer. The second 'secret' is an absolute understanding of the basics, and ways to use them in a strategic and tactical way.
