YT Kee

Professor Yong Tau Kee, or Kee (as he likes to be called) is one of the most inspiring and entertaining speakers in Australia today. He acts as a consultant to a wide range of corporations and government organisations (both in Australia and internationally) which have resulted in glowing reports and commendations for his approach, creativity, excellence and humour.

He is currently associated with the Monash Mount Eliza Business School. After fifteen years as Professor of Business Administration at the University of Manitoba, Canada, Kee believes that in order to compete internationally businesses have to reassess traditional approaches. He is a lateral thinker who stresses that creativity and innovation are critical skills and if corporations are to be successful, they must develop the mental muscle of the universities as well as adhering to modern business management practices.
