Peter Rowsthorn

Peter Rowsthorn is your man if you need someone to get 'em going. His high energy, rapid fire style has stormed Brisbane to Perth. If a crowd doesn't react to his now legendary Crunchy Granola opening you know you're in a morgue.

A long serving comedian 1983 as one half of the Cactus Brothers, then onto the Comedy Company. Peter is now back on the small screen as Brett in the ABC TV smash hit comedy 'Kath & Kim'. He is also on the radio twice a week on Triple M's 'The Cage' breakfast show and three times a week on Triple M's 'The Shebang' drive program.

Peter has also made numerous stand up appearances on shows like 'Hey, Hey It's Saturday', 'Midday With Ray Martin', 'The Big Gig', 'Tonight Live', 'Australian Comedians In Concert', 'Denton', 'IMT', 'Something Hot Before Bed' and 'Recovery'. 'Tonight Live' liked Peter so much they trusted him to host the show for a week in 1993. He also co-hosted with Larry Emdur, again in 1993.

He is one of Australia's most experienced stand up comics performing in just about every stand up room in the country as well as delighting numerous corporate clients. He is also very, very funny.
