Paul Tonich

Paul Tonich is one of the three founding principals of Force First National, one of Australia's most successful Real Estate businesses. His business currently employs over 40 staff across 2 offices. Paul has been an integral part of the company's success since its inception and during his 8 years in Real Estate, Paul has achieved some of the highest awards the industry has to offer across Australia including:
Growing up - one of five children, Paul actively worked in the family businesses - acquiring sales, customer service and business management skills at a very early age. A desire to serve and protect the community led Paul to the WA Police at the tender age of 17. Paul served ten years with the WA Police Service during which time he developed specialist skills in high level investigations through his work as a detective and police negotiator.

Paul is a strong believer in life balance and is committed to managing his time so that his family always comes first. Married with two young children and a self confessed 'running junkie' - Paul still manages to slip in a couple of marathons a year to 'push the boundaries' and keep himself sharp.

For the past five years, Paul has actively shared his systems, disciplines and strategies to a wide range of groups throughout Australia and New Zealand both within and outside the real estate industry.

Paul has found a real passion for training others and sharing his knowledge and experience with people who are interested in reaching their potential both professionally and personally.
