Alan Patching

Alan Patching is a gifted international communicator on management, marketing, leadership, and motivation who delivers with great enthusiasm a wealth of practical experience. Alan was the former Chief Executive of MTM Stadium Management, the company set up to develop the Olympic Stadium in Sydney. He has been the Project Manager/Director of some of Australia's largest constrruction and development projects.

Alan negotiated the largest property transaction in Australia's property history (1.2 billion). He also personally negotiated the largest commercial lease ever signed in Australia. His effective marketing has taken him to the point where he is currently one of Australia's most in demand speakers on subjects ranging motivation and selling to management and leadership. He has shared the platform with Dr Denis Whailey, Dr Wayne Dyer, Tom Hopkins, Zig Ziglar, Joe Girard and others. Alan is also the author of Partnering and Personal Skills for Project Management Mastery and "The Futureproof Corporation", the latter in co-authorship with Dr Denis Waitley of the USA.

Alan Patching has made the study of human behaivour in the business situation a career long passion. He believes his knowledge in this area has contributed as much as his technical negotiating skills in the amazing deal he has finalised for his clients.
