Kay McCue

Kay McCue is the Managing Director of McCue Consulting, a company that specialises in business strategy, leadership, organisational communication, Management development and business and management mentoring. She has facilitated workshops and one on one mentoring sessions for a range of clients including multinational organisations, government departments, small businesses and individuals.

Kay's background and experience is wide including a lecturing position at the University of Sydney in the Faculty of Education where she specialised in adult education, communication and coaching. Kay then ed a leading financial services company where she was National Learning and Development Manager until establishing McCue Consulting in 1995. McCue Consulting offers a range of Training & HR Solutions.

With this background and a number of academic and workplace qualifications including a Master of Education and the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Kay brings into the learning and development and training environment a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge and experience which spans more than 20 years.

Kay's training, facilitation and coaching/mentoring style is highly interactive, practical and results driven. This style is complemented by her relaxed manner and ability to be flexible so as to accommodate various individuals and needs while focussed on the desired results.
