Janine Allis

Janine Allis established the business in 2000 after noticing that there were no real healthy take-away options. She developed a business plan and raised $250,000 through friends investing in the concept to get the plan underway. Janine consulted nutritionists and naturopaths to crea te a menu of healthy juices and smoothies that were free of preservatives, artificial flavours and colours. She is passionate about creating products that are as healthy as possible, and continues to research new ways to make the products better and better.

Since opening the first store in Adelaide, Janine has grown Boost Juice Bars to become a dynamic, innovative youth based business with over 170 stores in Australia and New Zealand and now 4 in Chile, 2 in Indonesia, 1 in Kuwait & 1 in Singapore as well as master franchises signed for UK, South Africa and Hong Kong.

In September 2004 Boost Juice opened an outlet per day in Australia. Vision for expansion now includes Asia and the United Kingdom.
