Dr Lily Tomas

Dr Lily Tomas is an Australian medical doctor with extensive experience in nutritional and complementary medicine.
She is a NSW Board Member of A.I.M.A (Australasian Integrative Medical Association) and a member of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.
Lily also holds a Diploma in Creativity Psychotherapy and Sacred Theatre and is an honours graduate of Swinburne University's School of Integrative Medicine's course on MindBody Medicine.
Lily is currently the Editor of J.A.I.M.A. (Journal of the Australasian Integrative Medical Association) and regularly writes for the Journal of Complementary Medicine on nutritional therapies.
She is also the co-writer of a recently released new book entitled 'Live Your Best Life!' which is an integrated guide to diet, happiness and life. It addresses key aspects on identifying and fulfilling your physical, mental and spiritual needs to gain the most out of life.
