Nigel Phair

Nigel Phair is an executive advisor, internet analyst, media commentator, author and widely acknowledged as a specialist in the intersection of technology and crime.
He most recently spent over four years at the Australian High Tech Crime Centre, where he led investigations and represented the Centre in numerous intergovernmental and external forums. He has extensive experience working with a variety of industry groups, including banking & finance and the telecommunications sector.
He is also a Senior Fellow within the Centre for Transnational Crime Prevention, University of Wollongong and a Lecturer within the Australian Graduate School of Policing, Charles Sturt University. As well as an undergraduate degree, he holds a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Law. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has written in many journals as well as publishing an acclaimed book on the international impact of cyber crime.
