Bob Leininger

College graduation found Bob Leininger with a deep seated belief in himself and a determination to succeed in the cruise industry. After graduating, he went against all good advice, left his home in Iowa and flew to Miami. There he began a journey to fulfil his life's dream of working in the cruise industry.

Like many successful people, Bob started his business life with only a basic knowledge of the inner workings of his chosen profession, no money and no mentor.

How did he achieve so much in only a few years - in one of the most competitive of travel industries? How did he become one of the youngest cruise directors in the business?
