Troy Hendrickson

Troy Hendrickson began his career in pharmaceutical sales promoting various cardiovascular medications to the medical community. He then progressed into corporate sales training and development, as well as numerous marketing roles for a decade within the pharmaceutical industry. He has worked with various consulting providers providing business development services throughout Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States. He now lectures at Curtin University at the Graduate School of Business and is the Director of Sales And Leadership Enhancement Systems (SALES, LLC), a Consulting and Speaking Services provider.

Troy has also lectured at universities in several countries and been a guest presenter and keynote speaker at various corporate forums, while also being actively involved as an instructor and facilitator for the Dale Carnegie training classes and RYLA outdoor leadership adventures.

He has researched and presented in several areas including: Leadership and Management, Marketing and Sales, Customer Service, Creativity and Innovation, Self-Awareness, Facilitating Teams, Communication and Public Speaking, Business Etiquette, Organisational Change, Culture and Diversity Issues, Conflict Resolution, and Time Management. He is presently pursuing a PhD in the area of Business Leadership and Adult Learning.

Troy was the recipient of the prestigious Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship that initially brought him to Western Australia. He served as an Ambassador for the United States travelling to functions as a guest speaker in an effort to build and maintain goodwill and peace between countries. He still travels internationally on a regular basis with business contacts throughout the world.
