Anthony Hanmer

Tony Hanmer is one of Australia's most experienced advertising and media professionals with over 25 years international leadership experience. His performance in the industry has been little short of phenomenal.

In 1988 he was appointed Managing Director for McCann Erickson Brisbane- a then unprofitable company. Under his leadership it became Agency of the Year just two years later. He was ultimately appointed Director of McCann Erickson Worldwide.

His clients read like a veritable corporate Who's Who and included Coca Cola, General Motors, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson and Unilever.

Under Tony s leadership substantial acquisitions were made making McCann the world's largest global communications company with sales in 2001 in excess of US$2 billion.
