He is an Professional Member (P.M) of the NSAA, a keynote speaker and business consultant. He is currently the Regional Sales Manager for The Nautilus Health and Fitness Group (USA). In January 2003, Xen became the 63rd Speaker in Australia to be honoured with the national designation of A.P.S. and has now transitioned to P.M. as of March 2005.
