Brian held a range of General Management and Sales Management positions with National Organisations prior to commencing his own business. He is experienced in helping businesses meet new challenges while assisting the current staff and management to service the company's existing day to day needs.

A strong hands on approach to business and an excellent communicator, Brian is able to take businesses, families and employees through the processes of performance improvement, professionalising management and generational change without the major dramas sometimes anticipated prior to the process.
