Eric Bailey

Eric Bailey was born in Downtown Los Angeles and at the age of 10, was told that he would never learn to read or play sport due to a rare bone disease and nerve damage in his right eye. But Eric refused to give up, and because of self-belief and hard work, overcame adversity to graduate from college and play 14 years of Professional Basketball. Eric played for Hobart Devils, Melbourne Tigers and Gold Coast Rollers. After becoming an Australian citizen in 1987, Eric utilised his experiences and knowledge of teamwork, goal setting and self esteem on the court, to now motivate and inspire Corporate Australia, youth and international stars such as Michael Jordan, Jennifer Lopez and The ROCK.

Eric's Hypemaster Enterprises was established in 1995 with a mission to ‘Turn Talented Individuals into Winning Teams’.
