Biography

Brad Hogg is one of the best loved and most successful
Australian athletes of the last decade.

Since his international debut in 1996 against India and until he retired from international cricket in early 2008, Brad was always regarded as one of the finest players in the world; particularly in the One Day version of the game.

It would have been easy for players other than Brad to lose their drive if they had found themselves a spin bowler during the Warne era. Not Brad Hogg though, he proved himself to be one of the toughest competitors in world cricket, constantly challenging for a spot in the best team in world cricket, and for the better part of a decade being an integral member of the Australian squad.

Brad's fun loving attitude linked with his competitive nature made him a crowd favourite across the globe but particularly of course in his native Western Australia. His ready smile and "Aussie" appeal endeared him to all Australians.

Brad's character and appeal are somewhat defined by his upbringing; a country boy with a solid work ethic, and well known as a devoted family man, Brad has carved (without any overt fanfare) a unique space for himself in the minds and hearts of Australian's.

With two World Cup wins, along with the many other accolades and triumphs, Brad is also quite correctly
perceived by the general public as a highly competitive yet fair elite athlete; with a knack of being able, with uncanny frequency, to provide an invaluable contribution to his team's incredible track record.

Brad is ideally placed to make a valuable and unique contribution to your brand in an ambassadorial or related role. He has extremely broad appeal across a range of demographics, but with an emphasis on lovers of cricket, who of course across Australia come in many shapes, sizes and income brackets!
