Biography

Lee Carseldine is a lithe, athletic, left-hander for the Queensland Bulls who is like lightning in the field. He is proving to be a valuable all-rounder with his handy medium pace bowling and powerful batting.

His first class game debut was made in 1998-99 v Tasmania and then in 1999-2000 he made his Mercantile Mutual Cup debut for the Bulls and played in the final at the WACA. During his first grade debut for his home club, Valley, he scored a 162 not out. In addition, Lee was the Commonwealth Bank Cricket Academy Scholarship holder in 1997.

With run totals of 200 (not out) against the New Zealand test side, an incredible 232 (not out) against ACT and an ever improving bowling economy, 2002 was a fantastic year for Lee both with the bat and ball in hand.

Away cricket Lee owns a successful executive fitness management company in Brisbane. He enjoys rugby, golf and music, and fantasizes about owning his own island in Greece. He is studying a law-sports degree and has run a gym and been a lifeguard.
