As a health services professional with over fifteen years of experience in the field, Ric Isaac is recognized at a national level for his expertise in the health and fitness area.
With qualifications and accreditation in exercise science and exercise physiology, Ric adopts a holistic approach to health and fitness that is complemented by techniques learned while completing his qualifications in massage, reflexology, yoga and sports training.
