She has an MBA with majors in Human Resources and Leadership & Management, and has worked extensively in these two fields at the highest levels of major organisations, that span industry groups including banking & finance, professional services, technology, utilities and the public sector.

Ann keeps the focus on achieving business goals through people, by providing the essential core elements of organisational & leadership development, and human resource management, using up-to-date and meaningful methodologies. She’s dedicated to the impact that people have on the success of an organisation which means that the strategies and programs she designs and facilitates ensure business imperatives are consistently met.

Her strengths are in the design, development and facilitation of programs that specifically deal with people skills and their performance in the workplace.
