David Turner is one of Australasia’s leading risk management professionals with over 20 years of experience in the field. He’s worked with over 100 large to small entities and hundreds of leaders during his career, his passion is to assess and learn what makes leadership work and where it can be improved.

Previous experience

Advisory: David has advised on many initiatives and projects, and built businesses where he injected innovative methods to improve performance and results. A previous member of the Institute of Company Directors Australia, Vice President Liberal Party Hasluck Western Australia, and providing advice for the Salvation Army and various non-for-profit organisations.

Education:David completed his diplomas in management, risk management, occupational health and safety, and security management, and founded his own company before completing his Master’s in business law with a focus on people, leadership and governance.

Clients: David’s experience includes private and government sectors within Australia and New Zealand: BHPB, Multiplex, Deloitte, KPMG, Chubb Australasia, PwC, Jims Group, Woodside, Rio Tinto, The, Bethany Aged Care, Transdev Australasia, the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG – Global), and Government such as – Defence, Police, Ministry of Justice, Liberal Party of WA, CHOGM 2011.

Speaking: David has spoken across 30 events including; conferences, workshops and guest appearances on TV including; Ch7, Ch9, Ch10, Australian radio stations and global webinars.
