Dr. Stanley Rodski

Peak brain performance in high stress situations.

Profile

Using the latest research in brain science, Dr. Stan Rodski is a highly respected authority on how best to deal with brain performance in high stress situations using brain energy management techniques. The considerable pressures of our new digital world are changing our brain and changing our reactions at the personal, family and work-life levels with significant impacts on our health.

A cognitive neuroscientist, Stan has previously practiced as a registered psychologist for over 30 years. His current work as Chief neuroscientist for The Think Group has led to his development of innovative technologies and programmes across Australia and internationally for individuals (brain coaching), peak performance sport teams (AFL, NRL) and companies listed in the world’s top 500 looking for creative brain based initiatives to facilitate corporate success.

Current work

Most recently Dr. Rodski has been applying his latest research in the brain sciences to areas such as ‘improving sleep deprivation’, ‘brain fatigue and congestion’ and ‘energy revitalisation and management to harness stress’.

He introduced the brain-science-based ‘colouration method’ to stress management. His work using colouring-in techniques led to his best-selling books Anti-stress, Brain-science and Modern Medi-tation being featured in Oprah Winfrey’s 2016 Christmas wish-list.

Dr Rodski’s other specialist area of research is the neuroscience of machine learning (AI/Robotics), particularly using neurologically based predictive algorithms in areas such as diversity and recruitment. In connection with this continuing work he has developed ‘brain edge’ scans and ‘neuro POD’ technologies, which seek to revolutionise human performance in personal, learning and workplace environments.

Previous experience

Teaching: In addition to his speaking, Dr Rodski teaches extensively around the world. In 2017 he joins the Executive Education programs of both the London Business School and the University of NSW to deliver specially-tailored programs in the area of neuro-peak-performance for Senior Executives.
