Louka Parry is an award-winning Educator, Speaker, Facilitator and Adventurer with a powerful ability to communicate ideas with clarity.

Louka works across the globe with changemakers, teams, schools and organisations speaking on leadership, wellbeing, innovation and the future of learning and work.

Current Work:

As CEO of The Learning Future, he is committed to transforming learning structures, systems and societies so that we better unlock curiosity and empower individuals to develop the key human capabilities that matter most now and into the future.

Louka also sits on the Executive of Karanga: The Global Alliance for Social-Emotional Learning and Life Skills, which connects those at the forefront of the future of education and social-emotional learning to empower children, educators and communities all across the globe.

A prolific learner, Louka now speaks five languages, has visited over 80 countries, and holds two Masters degrees, one in Instructional Leadership from the University of Melbourne and another in Applied Linguistics. Recently completing fellowships at the Salzburg Global Seminar and Stanford’s d.school, he has spent the last six years training thousands of leaders, educators and executives around the world, facilitating in both English and Spanish.

Previous Experience:

As a former teacher and school principal in South Australia, he was awarded Inspiring Public Secondary Teacher of the Year.
