Current work

Valerie has been appointed the City of Sydney’s Curator for the 2019 Sydney Lunar Festival, which will involve telling the stories of numerous high profile Australians. The Festival is the city’s third largest annual event, after New Years Eve fireworks and VIVID and is the largest celebration of Lunar New Year in the world, outside of mainland China. This year the arts and culture festival attracted over 1.3 million people.
