Blockchain is already in use across many industries. If you’ve ever shared or edited a document in Google Docs, you have used Blockchain. While it was originally developed to protect transactions made using Bitcoin, Blockchain is now used for everything from tracking wine shipments to paying musicians whose songs have been played on Spotify.

The strength of Blockchain is that it creates permanent, public, transparent ledger system meaning it’s very difficult to defraud companies that use it.
